Soya chilli

Soya chilli - Soya chunks or meal maker is a rich source of proteins. I have made this recipe a little spicy and I have not added tomato sauce in cooking. You can reduce the spice levels.
Ingredients
Soya chunks - 100 gm
Onion - 1 cut into quater and layered
Capsicum - 2 cut into cubes
ginger - 1 inch grated
garlic - 10 finely chopped
green chilli - 2 slit
Soya sauce -2 tsp
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Chilli garlic paste - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Vinegar - 1 tsp
For marination of Soya
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tbsp
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Salt - as per taste
Curds - 2 tbsp
Oil - 2 tsp
All purpose flour - 3 tbsp
Method
First take a vessel with water and put the soya soya chunks in it. Boil it. Strain the soya soya chunks. Press a little and remove water, need not remove full water.
Take these soya shunks in a vessel. Add the items mentioned under 'For marination of soya' i.e., ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, pepper powder salt, oil and curds. Also add all purpose flour and mix well. Allow it marinate for 10 to 15 minutes.
Take a kadai with oil. Keep it in medium flame. When the oil is heated put the soya shunks one by one. Fry them till the bubles in oil reduce and they become golden brown. Remove from heat and keep it in oil absorbing paper.
Take a pan with 2 tsp of oil. Keep it in high flame and add grated ginger, chopped garlic, green chilli and onion. Toss it in high flame for about a minute. The onions will become translucent. Now add the capsicum and keep tossing for 2 to 3 min. Add the soya sauce and toss it again. Add tbe pepper powder, sugar and salt for taste. Now add the soya chunks and chilli garlic paste. Add a tsp of Vinegar, mix well and remove from heat.
Serve hot with tomato sauce.
