Chocolate fudge (no bake, no eggs)

Chocolate fudge - This is a simple recipe using only cocoa powder, milk and sugar as main ingredients. There is no baking involved. The consistency will depend on how much time you cook it. It can be like a bargain kind or a smooth hakwa kind. It has a chewiness into it
Ingredients (1 cup = 250 ml)
Cocoa powder - 2/3 cup
Milk - 2 cups
Sugar - 1 and 1/2 cup
Salt a pinch
Dry fruits of your choice - cut 1/2 cup
Butter - 3 tbsp (plus a little for greasing the dish)
Method
In a small pan fry the dry fruits. Keep it aside.
Take a thick bottomed sauce pan. Take milk and cocoa powder in it. Mix it well. Add sugar, salt and whisk until mix. Dont worry if there are a few lumps, they will disappear when heated.
Now keep it in low heat. Stir occasionally. Prepare a pan by greasing itvwith butter to out the fudge when it is done.
After about 15 minutes, check if the fudge is done. Take a small amount if fudge and put it in cold water. If it forms a soft ball, then it is done. Also the bubbles formed becomes smaller and smaller. When it is almost done add the fried dry fruits. Keep it for about a minute.
Turn of the heat.  Put the mix in the prepared pan. Allow it to cool. Refrigerate it for about 6 hrs.
Serve it with chocolate sauce or broken gems or just like that.
If you want it to be harder, keep boiling for about 20 minutes.
Remember that the mix becomes harder when it becomes cold.
