Chatpata chapati

Chatpata chapati - We all wonder what to do with the left over chapati right. Here is a simple dish which uses left over chapati to make something different and tasty.
Ingredients
Chapati - 8 to 10
Onion - 1medium sized vertical sized
Tomato - 1 medium sized finely chopped
Capsicum - 1 small sized deseeded and chopped
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Green chilli - 1 cut vertically
Soya sauce - 1 tsp
Tomato sauce - 1 tsp
Method
Tear the chapati into small pieces.
In a kadai, take 2 tsp of oil and add ginger garlic paste. Saute it for a while. Add the vertically slit onions. Saute it till they become translucent. Add the chopped tomatoes. Saute them till they are mushy. Add the capsicum and green chilli. You can also add other vegetables of your choice like carrot, cabbage and beans. Heat it in low flame till they are cooked. Add salt for taste. (Add very less). Add red chilli powder. Add the chapati pieces. Saute it for a while. Add soya sauce and tomato sauce. Mix well. Remove from heat. Serve with tomato sauce or just like that.
