Coffee panna cotta with Chocolate sauce

Coffee Panna Cotta with chocolate coffee sauce
This is a Italian dessert. Only the name sounds tough, making it is quite simple.
Ingredients
For coffee Panna Cotta
Milk - 2 cups
Fresh cream - 1 and 1/2 cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Instant coffee powder - 2 tbsp (you can use    100 ml of strong coffee decoction instead)
Vanilla essence - 2 tsp
Agar agar - 10 gms (chaina grass)
For chocolate coffee syrup
Cocoa powder - 1/2 cup
Instant coffee powder - 2 tsp
Milk - 1 cup
Water - 1/2 cup

Method
Making coffee Panna Cotta
Soak the agar agar in water. Heat it until it melts. In a sauce pan take milk, curds and sugar. Heat it in medium flame till the sugar dissolves. Add the agar agar mix to this and continue heating. Heat till the milk is layered (About 4 to 5 minutes). Add the vanilla essence and keep stirring. Remove it from heat. Take small cups (ice cream cup will do). Grease it with butter or ghee. Pour the mix into the cups. After it cools a little, refrigerate it overnight (about 5 to 6 hrs) until it sets.
Chocolate coffee sauce
Take a sauce pan with cocoa powder and add milk. Mix it well without lumps. Add coffee powder. Mix it well. Heat it after adding water. It should thicken a little. Allow it to cool.
Serving
Remove the Panna Cotta from the cup (just invert it or keep the cup in warm water for a while and then invert it. Pour the chocolate coffee sauce around it and serve.
P.S.  I have put the photo of coffee Panna Cotta before I removed from ice cream cup.
