Sweet corn pakoda
An easy evening tea time snack. It is a fried snack but spicy and mouth watering. You may also like recipe of  other fried snacks like

Ingredients
Sweet corn kernels - 2 cups
Onions - 1 medium finely chopped
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
Green chilli - 3 finely chopped
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Besan powder - 5 - 6 tbsp
Rice flour - 3 tbsp
Corn flour - 2 tbsp
Red chilli powder - 3 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
Curry leaves - 2 tbsp finely chopped
Salt - for taste
Method
In a broad mouthed vessel take all the ingredients and mix them. Add very less water. The consistency of the mix should be smooth but not watery.
In a large kadai take cooking oil and allow it to heat. Drop small portions of the mix into oil. Fry them in medium flame till golden brown. Drain the oil using paper towels. Serve hot with tomato or chilli sauce and masala tea.
