Sweet corn creamy soup
Soups are very healthy appetisers. In this sweet corn soup I have not added any other vegetables as I wanted only the creamy and sweet flavor of sweet corn.

Cream of broccoli soup
Ingredients
Sweet corn  - 3 cobs
Butter - 2 tsp
Pepper powder - 3 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Onions - 1 (finely chopped) you can use spring onion instead.
Pasta seasoning - 2 tsp
Milk - 1/4 cup
Corn starch - 2 tsp
Water - as required
Cream - 3tbsp
Salt - for taste
Method
Boil the corn. (You can scrape it either before boiling or after). Reserve some corn aside. Make the other corn into smooth paste in a blender with some water.
In a kadai take 2 tsp of butter and heat it. When it melts add Ginger garlic paste. Saute it till it becomes brownish. Now add the finely chopped onions and saute it till golden brown. Add the corn paste and milk. Add water as required and boil. Season with salt, pepper and pasta seasoning. Mix corn starch in about 5 tsp of water without forming lumps and add it to the soup. When the soup is fully boiled, add cream simmer it for about 2 minutes and serve hot.
