Potato mosaru bajji

Aloo mosaru bajji (potato raita)
Potato is a very versatile vegetable. It can be used as stuffing, made sambar or fry, chips etc. Here I have given you a very simple recipe of potato mosaru bajji which can be served with rice or any rice bath.
Ingredients
Potatoes - 2 medium sized
Green chilli - 2 finely chopped
Curds - 1 and 1/2 cup
Salt - for taste
For tempering
Oil - 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Urad dal - 1 tsp
Red chilli - 1 broken into pieces
Asofoetida - a pinch
Method
Pressure cook the potatoes. They have to be soft. Peel them and mash them. Add curds to the bowl and mix it well. Add the green chillies and salt for taste.
Take the seasoning pan with oil. Heat it and add mustard seeds. When they splutter add red chilli, chana dal and urad dal. When they are turning brownish add a pinch of salt and remove it from heat. Add this to the potato curd mix. You can add water if it is too thick.
Serve with rice or rice bath.
