Pepper paneer
This is a spicy Indo chineese food. Served as starter or can be eaten with chapati/ roti. Can be used to make Frankie. You may also like other Indo chineese recipes like

Ingredients
Paneer (cottage cheese) - 200 gms diced into cubes
Onions - 2 finely chopped
Capsicum - 2 diced into cubes
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp
Green chilli - 2 cut vertically
Curry leaves - 2 springs
Coriander leaves - 2 tsp
Pepper powder - 3 tsp
Fennel (saunf) powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Tomato sauce (ketchup) - 3 tsp
Soya sauce - 2 tsp
Lemon juice - 2 tsp
Salt for taste
Method
If you are using store bought paneer, soak itiin luke warm water with salt for about 10 minutes.
Take a large kadai with oil. Add the chopped onions, and saute them till golden brown. Add the green chillies and ginger garlic paste. Saute it till the raw smell of garlic goes. Add the fennel powder, garam masala powder and three forths pepper powder. (Better to use freshly made pepper powder). Saute it till the masalas blend. Add the cubed capsicum. Saute it till the capsicum is semi cooked. (The crunch of capsicum should remain). Add the tomato sauce, salt for taste and mix well. Add the paneer cubes and curry leaves. Saute them in high flame. Add the remaining pepper powder. Add soya sauce and remove it from heat. Add the lemon juice and coriander leaves. Serve hot with tomato sauce or green chutney
