Adai (multi grain dosa)

Ade (cheela/multi grain dosa) -It is a very famous breakfast recipe in Tamil nadu eaten with aviyal.
Ingredients
For soaking and grinding
Rice - 2 çups
Toor dal - 1/2 cup
Chana dal - 1/2 cup
Urad dal - 1/4 cup
Green gram dal - 1/4 cup
Soak these for about 2 hours after washing.
For grinding
Red chilli - 15
Asofoetoeda - 1 pinch
Salt -For taste
Method
Grind all the above items coarsely. Add finely chopped onions. (Optional).
Take a dosa tawa. Heat it and pour a ladle (soutu) of batter at center and spread it to the periphery. Cook on both sides in low flame. Serve hot with avviyal.
It can be eaten with jaggery as well.
