Veg sandwich (street style)

Veg sandwich - Sandwich is a comfort food for me. Though there are many styles of making a sandwich, like grilled, toasted etc, I like the following one where the bread is nor grilled or toasted and the vegetables also are raw.
Ingredients
Bread slices - 8
Onion - 1 medium thinly sliced
Cucumber - 1 thinly cut into round pieces
Tomato - 2 cut into thin round pieces
Potato - boiled and cut into round pieces
Capsicum - 1/2 cut lengthwise (thin)
Butter - as required
Chat masala - as required
Black salt - for taste
Pepper powder - options
Tomato ketchup - to serve
Green chutney
Method
Preparing the veggies for sandwich
Wash the vegetables and wipe them. Boil the potato till it is soft. Peel the potatoes and cucumber. Cut the vegetables into thin round slices.
Making the sandwich
Cut the edges of the bread. Spread the butter (salted or unsalted) on both sides. Now spread the green chutney on both sides. Place the vegetable slices one by one. Sprinkle chat masala and pepper powder. Sprinkle some salt (if you have added salted butter, less salt will be enough). Cover it with the other bread slice. Cut the sandwich into 4 pieces or triangle shape. Serve with tomato ketchup.
