Green chutney (for sandwich)

Green chutney (pudina coriander raw chutney)
While making sandwiches in street shops, you would have observed that they put a green color chutney to the bread. This gives a very good taste to the sandwich. You may also like recipe of other chutney like
Groundnut chutney
Coconut chutney
Maavinakayi chutney
Pudina leaves - about 200 gms
Coriander leaves - 100 gms
Green chilli - 3 to 4
Cashew nuts - 4 to 5
Coconut grated - 5 tbsp (optional)
Ginger grated - 2 tsp
Salt for taste
Method
Put all the ingredients in a blender and grind it finely. Add very little water. The consistency should be smooth paste like.
Keep it in a bowl. This can be used for sandwich, chats, cutlet etc
The cashew gives a thicker consistency to your chutney and adds a nice taste as well.
