Mango lassi

Mango lassi - A thick smooth and delicious lassi. It is very good to beat the summer heat.
Ingredients (for 4 servings)
Mango - 2 (I took bangenapalli, you can take any good mango)
Curds - 2 cups
Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
Sugar - 3 to 4 tsp
Honey - 1/2 tsp
Method
Peel the mango and chop them.
In a blender add the chopped mangoes, sugar, honey, cardamom powder and half cup of curds.
Blend it into smooth puree.
Add the remaining curds. Blend it for few minutes till the yogurt becomes smooth. Add some water if necessary. Refrigerate this
Pour mango lassi into glasses and serve.
