Paneer nuggets

Paneer nuggets - These are crispy and tasty quick notes made using paneer. It is easy to make and will appeal to everyone's taste buds.
Ingredients
For marination of paneer
Paneer - 10 to 12 cubes
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp
Red chilli powder - 2 tsp
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Italian herbs/oregano - a pinch
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Salt for taste
For the batter and outer coating
All purpose flour - 4 to 5 tbsp
Corn flour - 2 tbsp
Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup
Salt for taste
Oil for frying
Method
In a large mixing bowl, take cubes of paneer. Add ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder and pepper powder. Also add the lemon juice, Italian herbs and salt for taste. Mix well. Keep it for 10 to 15 minutes.
In another mixing bowl prepare the batter by taking all purpose flour, corn flour and salt for taste. Add water and make a thick batter.
Dip the marinated paneer cubes in the batter. Roll it on the bread crumbs, so that it is covered in all sides. Again dip it in the batter and roll it on bread crumbs. Double coating of paneer makes it more crispy and tasty.
In a kadai, take oil for frying. Deep fry the paneer nuggets. Fry it in medium flame, turning it slowly till it is golden brown.
Remove from oil and serve hot with tomato sauce.
Excellent to serve in parties as a quick bite
