Corn capsicum sandwich

Corn capsicum sandwich - Children usually love sandwiches. It can be made using many stuffings, but this one is my favorite. Instead of using the sandwich maker, I used the tawa as the size of bread was big.

Ingredients
Bread slices - 10 to 12
Butter - as required
Sweet corn - 1 cup (i used unboiled)
Capsicum - 1 medium sized
Grated cheese - 1/4th cup
Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp (i used eggless variety)
Pepper powder - 1 tdp
Salt as required
Pasta massage (dried herbs available in all supermarkets)
Method
Cut the capsicum into small pieces after deseeding it. Take a bowl and mix capsicum, corn, pepper powder, salt, mayonnaise and grated cheese.

Spread butter on the sides of bread. Take the corn capsicum and spread it evenly on the bread. Cover it with the other buttered bread.
In a seasoned tawa, keep this sandwich. Put a tsp of oil, heat on both sides.
Press it with a heavy object. Remove from heat and slice it. Serve with tomato sauce.
1. You can add other vegetables like cabbage, carrot, beetroot etc.
2. You can use mustard sauce also.
3. You can use sandwich maker instead of tawa, it was easier.
