Vazaipoo vadai (banana flower vadai)

Vazaipoo or banana flower is used to make delicious vada in Tamil Nadu. Called as poombe in mangalore kannada. It is very similar to masala vada(parippu vada).
Only the inner part of poombe along with the the florets can be used. The florets have to be cleaned and a fiber in each floret will have to be removed. I have added the pics of what all is used for vada. (From Google)
